You have to take some photos to us and calculate the not working lamps quantity and try to remove /disassemble the plastic shell and get the LED plates and only shipped these not working LED Light Source to us without Plastic shells and accessories, you would have to pay for the shipping charge in your country, you can find the cheapest shipping agency to send back these LED Light Sources to us. Once we got the tracking information and we will send you new LED Light Source Replacement to you with free shipping to your country.

Who will pay for the custom charge?
